Happiness is word for health.Health will pump in more blood when it is active and you are looking calm and stable.You pulse rate will be normal and life without tension and stress can make it possible for you.Hence we should be happy and light always in life and do not take problems with heart but with mind.You can achieve good heart and normal pulse rate if you can do some small changes in your life and make it healthier and better for your future.Our heart is the biggest wealth and we should don’t take it for granted and it’s our responsibility to look up to it.You should not be lazy or take wrong food diet which can degrade your heart health.
